We've observed that the multipack gallery and multiple photo additions to the lock screen are not functioning as expected in conjunction with the weather features.
Thanks for bringing this up as the poster pointed out above there might be a setting you could toggle. You can always apply the weather widget via lockscreen editing. For me neither is the now bar. It would be nice to see the latest stocks. Except maybe the function is regional.
I checked by double pinch in home screen to set lockscreen for multiple pack and edited via locks creek. Both doesn't have option to setup weather, it working only for single image
