Not getting Notifications

Has anybody had any luck fixing the notifications on a Samsung S 25 Ultra phone? 

I have been through all the suggested settings to look at or change and nothing has helped. 

Really wish Samsung would do an update to fix.

What exactly are you having trouble with?

Notifications don't show over locked screen. Notifications don't show how they are suppose to. It's a known issue and I've tried all of the suggestions to fix but nothing has worked. I had an old Note 10 + plus for probably 6 years. Only reason I traded it in was BC they quit doing updates for it. It worked great!

Make sure that "hide content while locked" isn't activated. Go to settings > notifications > hide content while locked.

Have you put in an error report? Nothing gets fixed unless it's documented eith the developers.

No I have not, probably the route I need to go. Is there a specific website to do the error report ?
