Need to be csrefull on what you downloaded will need to get the malware removed with a anti-virus program

You could try going into Play Store and click your profile pic.
Then Click Manage Apps and Devices.
Click the Manage tab at the top.
Find the App and click in box
Then Click the trash can to uninstall.

Try asking Bixby to power down the device. This should bypass the regular power menu if the malicious app is preventing you from accessing it.

Once the device is powered down, boot into safe mode.
Follow this guide if you need assistance:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Once the device is powered on in safe mode, you should be able to remove the offending app.

After the malicious software is removed, you will want to secure your device by visiting Settings > Security and Privacy to ensure no threats are detected. Go into the My Files app and delete any residual files associated with the malicious app.

As a more extreme measure, consider factory resetting your device to make sure malicious code is totally wiped. Back up ONLY essential data before resetting to prevent data loss.

If i were you, just use the Google Docs app or better yet, Samsung Notes, at least with those apps, you don't get viruses with 'em
