Random Terminal app

Ive noticed this random app that appears on my phone. I dont gave any developer settings on or any apps that could be causing any malware. I need some assistance

You should be able to uninstall it.

As @Mujibar said should uninstall not familiar with that app

Ive Uninstalled it and it always comes back
