If you enabled the "Reset with Samsung Account" feature during your initial setup, you can reset your PIN or password without losing any of your data.
If you didn't turn this feature on initially, you cannot recover your password or the data inside. For security and privacy, Samsung cannot bypass or unlock the folder for you. In this case, you will need to delete and recreate the Secure Folder.
