eSim issue

I'm travelling with my family and we're using a Saily global eSim.

I have an s24 ultra and the eSim works fine, a family member has an s20 and no issues. Another had an s23 ultra and we were able to install the esim, there is data coverage but no apps were able to connect to the internet. I tried all the standard fixes; Airplane mode, APN, DNS, unistalled/reinstalled esim etc, no change. The phone has full bars of 5G but every app is saying there is no internet connection, there is sufficient data allowance on the plan.

A few weeks ago the s23 was stolen and we purchased a brand new s25 Ultra and this was set up using a Galaxy tab linked to the same account - the same issue is occurring, full coverage but no internet connection.

I suspect this has something do to with an account setting as the only common denominator is the user of the device. We've travelled through several countries in South America, it initially worked when it was set up in Chile but then stopped.

SIM cards can have issues, too.  But, the OP's issue is not with the eSIM, it's with the way it's behaving on that one device.

You may have to reach out to the provider of the eSIM.

Yeah trying with the provider but they're just giving the same fixes I find through google. It's just strange that the same issue occurs on two separate devices used by one person and no others.
