Each app's notifications are grouping/stacking together. Facebook Messenger: if person A and B message me, their messages go into the same notification pile instead of separate piles. the same with Snapchat and Instagram.

Galaxy S25@mgnrwn You have to turn this off for each app.
1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Click on Notification highlights
4. Click on Summarize notifications.
5. Turn off Summarize notifications.

Galaxy S25@mgnrwn Sorry, I thought disabling the Summary would also disable the stacking. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check it out when I posted it.

Galaxy S25Go to the Galaxy Store and download the Good Lock app if it is not on the device. Then open that and download NotiStar, open it and toggle it on. Then while in that click on the 3 vertical lines in the search bar and choose settings. Then open the applications list and choose from which apps to get notifications. Filters can be created to represent certain messages from certain apps.

Galaxy S25That is normal behavior since OneUI 7. Notifications from the same app stack. It only takes a touch to separate them. There is a number on the right side of the bubble to let you know how many notifications are in the stack. Notifications always stacked, they just stacked a bit differently, by showing the first line of each notification, along with a tiny arrow to expand the notification. It was very difficult to hit it just right without dismissing the whole stack. I like the new format much better.
If you want all your notifications laid out separately, download Notistar. This will not affect the notification bubbles in the notification area, but creates a separate space on your lock screen where you can scroll through them.
