Call screening security concern

I am having an issue with the Call Screening feature. My caller can hear everything I am saying while the agent is conducting the call. Is that supposed to happen? I also don't see the green dot in the top right corner that usually appears when the microphone is active. This is a major security concern!!

Yes, I've checked the steps several times, but the issue still appears.

Hi Galacide, since the troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue I recommend that you submit an error report: Samsung Members App, Get Help, Send Feedback, Error Reports.

I am having the same issue. I submitted feedback in the member app. As of 4/23/2026, no updates. S26U on Verizon.
