Is anyone else having issues with the camera app on the S26 Ultra? 
I close out of everything, reopen it, and it starts working for a while, but eventually the error message pops back up again.
It's getting rather annoying.

Was the camera issue resolved? I have the S26 model, and yesterday there was an update on the phone, afterward the update, I am getting the same exact message when I open the camera app.  

There's a problem with the camera, and some features may not work right now. 

I'm unable to use the camera at all. I went to the Verizon store, they couldn't fix the issue, and they told me to go to UBreakiFix, they also were unable to fix it. They told me to contact Samsung, and Samsung will most likely have to send me a replacement device. I just purchased the S26 on April 5th.

In my case, no. There were no updates involved and I only had it for a few days. I didn't test the camera out until about a week into having it because of working all the time, but luckily it was still in the return period. So I had to return mine. Decided instead just to keep my 24 Ultra and upgrade later.

I started getting the camera gfailed error in mid-May... conveniently in the middle of a vacation... sent the phone in to Samsung after being directed to do so by a rep... I should mention I have Care+, it took over a week to get the phone back in my hands. It worked for two days and the issue persists. Thankfully I have a second phone, an iPhone, for use since apparently this camera system has proven unreliable. 

Also would like to point out that had this have been my Apple product that failed due to nothing other than a manufacturing defect, I would have been able to walk in to the store and walk out with a replacement in hand... not wait for a week for warranty work... Shamefuly considering the $1500 price tag.
