The Samsung phone's camera color isn't as good as the iPhone's. Samsung should improve its camera's color profile. The camera dose not show the true color i agree that it looks a little color boosted but not so boosted that you change the color itself
If you are not using Good Lock, you should download it and use the Camera Assistant module. There is a setting in there for Auto HDR which will improve color and detail.
