I do love this feature, and it's super helpful during a busy day when calls cannot be answered right away. My only wish and hope is that our custom voicemail greetings, used in Visual and regular Voicemail, can one day be used. Sure, this feature is still relatively new and may be improved and adjusted in the future, but I just wanted to make note of a possible change I'd like to see.
Since Direct Voicemail bypasses carrier voicemail entirely, it won't be able to use that voicemail greeting. Maybe there will be an update at some point to allow users to record a customized greeting. To submit a feature request, use the "send feedback" option on the Support tab of the Members app. Use the "others" category and tag the submission as "feature request."
