[Galaxy S26 Ultra] How to make a conference call

My s26 ultra used to let me do a 3 way call now it says "unable to make conference calls" and hangs up both calls.

The 3 eay calling feature is tricky. I discovered it works best with 2 at first and then as the call goes on adding the 3rd call is not a problem.

I meant 2 but as in im the third person. So I call one, then I call the 2nd person

I can try that but nothing has changed and it worked before

The carrier may have changed something in the back office. The only way to determine is to ask them for help.

Hello lambos, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns on being unable to make a conference call on your device. 

To make a Conference call: 

Open the phone app on your device

Enter the phone number or select the contact to initiate the first call

Once the first participant answers, then tap add call 

Enter the phone number or choose another contact and tap the phone icon to place the second call

When the second call connects, tap merge to combine the two calls into a conference call

To end the call simply press end call

If you are still having troubles check the following:

Ensure your device is connected to a stable network or cellular signal for uninterrupted calls

Confirm that your carrier supports conference calling features (Some carriers may require a specific plan or service)

Check for software updates in your device settings

Yea that's what I'm doing, I know how to do it, it just doesn't work for me anymore

Also, I did talk to my carrier, nothing worked

I am unable to merge calls with the S26. My carrier said conference calls are enabled. However, when I try to start a conference call the entire call disconnects and says conference calls cannot be done. Any suggestions?
