The beta is available now if you are using T-Mobile locked or unlocked S26U. Just go to the beta session using this same application. After you join the beta program go to settings on your phone and look for update like you normally do it. It will be there

So far, the Beta hasn't been released for UI9 Android 17. It is supposed to be released sometime this week, hopefully either tomorrow or Thursday.

Betas tend to open up early in the morning. This one was only announced today (12th), so the soonest you could expect it is early tomorrow (13th).
