Optimize battery usage missing from special access

So I have S26 ultra I got from T-Mobile and running UI8.5 with third system update dated April 2026.

In setting - > apps top right corner 3 dots menu there is Special access but Optimize battery usage is missing. Why? Whose fault is it, Samsung or T-Mobile?

the "optimize battery usage" option is missing because it was removed from the special access menu in newer versions of samsung's one ui.

for devices like your galaxy s26 ultra running one ui 8.5, battery optimization is now managed directly within the individual settings for each app or through the device care menu.

This works for the apps but even then system is stopping some apps. But it doesn't work for hardware such as Bluetooth for example

there isn't a setting for that. instead, you can simply turn bluetooth off when you're not using it.

Because you IT people are IDIOTS these days, more concerned about crippling the user instead of having a usable product. Your hacking of Android sucks and I am sick of your version killing my Goddamn apps

From what I understand there was a change to the battery layout and or options
