Galaxy S26ANYONE ELSE HAVING TROUBLE WITH APPS LOADING OR GOING TO THE NEXT STEP?
I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY GAMES CONTINUING TO THE NEXT LEVEL. I HAVE TO CLOSE THE APP AND GO BACK IN AND IT DOESN'T LOAD MY POINTS FROM THE LAST LEVEL BUT LETS ME ADVANCE TO THE NEXT.
I ALSO CANNOT CHECK OUT AND TAKE PAYMENT ON MY SUBWAY APP. APPS ARE UPDATED AND SOFTWARE IS UP TO DATE. MY OLD PHONE (S23 ULTRA) STILL LETS ME DO ALL OF IT.

Hey @Ayemobile, welcome to the Samsung Community.
I am sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your apps but no worries because I'm here to help you out. Since it seems to be third party apps, I would highly suggest putting your device in Safe Mode and seeing if the issue is still the same across all apps. To put your device in Safe Mode you would press and hold the Side button and Volume down button at the same time > touch and hold the Power off icon once it appears > then tap the Safe mode icon. If the issue doesn't happen in Safe Mode but still occurs within the apps then you would need to reach out to the app developer. Let me know if this works for you.
