s24 ultra has no problem connection my 2018 Honda Android Auto.
Android Auto with S26 Ultra have been choppy with audio, and often freezing. Cable connection is worse than BT receiver connection. Cable connection disconnects within seconds.
Anyone else with similar problems?

I have a 2018 CR-V and an S26 Ultra. I'm not experiencing any AA issues with the Motorola MA1 wireless adapter I use.

I haven't had any calls yet, but streaming audio has been as smooth as it was with my OnePlus 13, S23 Ultra, and previous phones.

Some are having issues with the auto feature I would guess a update may fix it

There was a sizable security update last night, 3/26/2026.
This morning Android Auto connected without even going to boothing screen. The audio worked as normal and there was no latency problems. The maps returned to default dark before sunrise and bright for the day.

I'm on Verizon, and My Samsung S26 Ultra is still not connecting to Android Auto wirelessly after the update.

Considering that Android Auto wasn't released until 2015 ... yeah, it's too old. You can replace the stock head unit with an aftermarket one made for Android Auto.
