Galaxy S26If the app cannot be uninstalled/disabled due to being set as a default or status as a system app:
Pinch from home > Home screen settings > hide apps on home screen > hide the apps you do not want to see/use
This is as close as you can get to what you're asking for on One UI.
If you want a home screen experience closer to stock, Lawnchair is a solid launcher option
