Why doesn't t-mobile allow for automatic system updates? (For the record this has happened on every galaxy phone ive had since my s3....so this isn't a beta problem.)

Ask T-Mobile.  What do you mean by automatic system updates?  My phone updates automatically when there is something to update. I'm on T-Mobile.

On my Samsung s24 im wanting to turn on all automatic updates both phone & apps.im not giving the options anywhere its been suggested in steps that I use

It is not T-mobile. For automatic updates to your android system and security, you must set the feature through your settings. If you are meaning apps, that is Samsung themselves just as it is with Google.

In settings, use the search bar to find automatic updates. It will take you to it. As for system updates, I am not sure that you can stop them. And if you did, it would make your phone not work properly.
