okay I forgot how to do this, so asking here 😅 how do you do the all drop down bar instead of right side and left side features. like i wanna drop down the menu bar and see all my notifications, wifi, etc all in one instead of one side doing one thing and other doing the order

Yesterday, the dropdown menu on a website was not working on my Samsung Galaxy S26 when I tried to open the Cookout menu site. The menu would not open or respond when I tapped on it.
