Galaxy Watch
Hello Samsung team โ
Please add a separate brightness control for the AlwaysโOn Display (AOD) on Galaxy Watch models. Currently AOD brightness is tied to the main display brightness, which forces a compromise between daytime visibility and nighttime power/comfort. A dedicated AOD brightness slider would let users:
Set a lower, batteryโfriendly brightness for AOD while keeping the regular display bright when actively used.
Reduce nighttime glare without impacting daytime legibility.
Improve battery optimization with finer user control.
A simple implementation could be an additional AOD Brightness setting under Settings โ Display, or an AOD toggle that offers Low / Medium / High presets. Thank you for considering this qualityโofโlife improvement.
