Bought a Galaxy Watch FE LTE for my son. I updated it to One UI 8.0, but I'm having a difficult time trying to get it to set up kids for my son. He has a Google account under Family Link and a Kids Samsung account, but the configuration will not trigger.
Hi @Bfloyd1989 thanks for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I can absolutely understand wanting your son to be able to safely use his new Galaxy Watch. While I would love to help further I did notice that you got the Galaxy Watch FE for your son and while that is a wonderful watch it doesn't support the kids function. Currently, the watched that support that feature are Galaxy Watch8 LTE, Galaxy Watch7 LTE and Galaxy Watch6 LTE. So while you have done everything correctly it looks like it just won't work due to compatibility. I will link the information below, so you will be able to see it as well.
