Compatibility with S9+ (Android 10)

Hi,

According to the Samsung page, Watch 7 should be compatible with Android 10.0, but when I try to connect my S9+ running Android 10 (One UI 2.5) to the "reset" (has been reset) Galaxy Watch 7 via the wearable app, I get an error on the wearable app that the software is not compatible. Please see the attached photos.

I was wondering if anyone else has faced the problem before.

I'm sorry to inform you that the Watch6 is compatible with Android 10. The Watch7 requires Android 11 or higher.
