GW Screen flashes when getting calls

I have this issue everytime I am getting a call on my Galaxy Watch Ultra. The screen flashes and I cannot answer any calls. Created a gif as i cannot attach a video. Factory reset my watch multiple times but it only seem to start this after my phone updated to Oneui7

I have factory rest my watch and this still happens

I think i solved my issue. This only happened on some contacts I created profile cards for. Try moving the profile card and creating a new one. That fixed my issue
