As most of you know the Google pixel 10 was released today with Android 16 With QPR 1 and I just wanted to let everyone know that as it is right now The Galaxy watch 8 Does NOT work with Pixel 10 and Android 16 at all.

I tried to speak with Official support chat today and that was 100% a complete waste of time. the support rep was just reading me Auto replies on how to pair devices with bluetooth.

I hope someone at Samsung will see this and please forward this to someone that can get the Dev's to take a look at what's going on

Google only supports pixel products. They will tell you to contact Samsung

I disagree the pixel **bleep**. I have zero to do with the watch discharging from 100 to zero within 4 hours

If it's only connected via wi-fi, it will.  Whether it's the fault of the Pixel connection or the watch would have to be determined. And that will only be determined by putting in an error report.

Pretty sure you can't send a error report because the Samsung members app needed to send reports can only be installed on Samsung phones. The problem is with pixel 10 phones.

Yet another reason to buy compatible products.

Please just stop at this point you are just being ignorant. Galaxy watches have always worked on all Android devices if YOU don't have anything to contribute to the help and support of myself and all the others in this thread then please just stop.

I know they have always worked on other devices, my first watch was connected to a non-Samsung phone.  My point is, when it comes to getting help solving issues, it's best to have compatible products, that way there is only one entity to deal with instead of Google telling you to contact Samsung, and Samsung telling you to contact Google.  In instances like this, the logs for both the watch and phone would help the developers immensely, but since your phone is not compatible with the members app or log collection, you have no recourse except to badger both entities until you find an answer, and whatever tech helps you  on either end will be flying blind.

It's a Samsung problem. They haven't updated the Watch Manager to work with the
Pixel 10 series yet. It was working fine on my Pixel 9proXl to my Watch Ultra.

My problem is a bit different but just as frustrating. My pixel 10 pro xl arrived and it would not pair with my Galaxy watch ultra. Constantly tell me "incorrect pin" before I even am able to click a button.

Sometimes it will connect and fail during Samsung account loading.

I've hard reset the watch countless times over the last day, and still no change.

The good news is I get to wear my old school non smart watches now!
