Does anyone else have issues with their timer on their watch not going off? I used to have this issue on my 4 but I still have it on my 7. I set a 5 minute timer and it never goes off. I thought it was gestures somehow resetting it so I cut them off but I still have the issue. I suspect it has something to do with skin contact because every time this happens my watch needs to be unlocked again like I'm putting it on for the first time. It happens very frequently and makes timers unreliable which is really bad. I use them for baking, so when they fail my product burns š¤¦ā:male_sign:

I was having the same problem with my Watch 4 Classic. Go into your watch settings, under Security and Privacy, turn off Wrist Detection, that way your alarms will go off whether it's detecting your wrist or not.
