Watch Ultra Quick Button Does not open Health

My Galaxy Watch Ultra quick button does not open Samsung Health or any activities within the Samsung Health app. It still works if I map it to turn on flashlight or stopwatch but only stops working as soon as I map it to open Samsung Health.

When I press the quick button it shows the animation but does nothing after.

This has happened previously but then I reseted the watch and it started working again. I don't want to reset it again. 

Restart also doesn't work. 


Can someone assist?

With restarting the watch not working for the button to open the app, a factory reset would be the only other troubleshooting option. 

We recommend submitting an error report in the Wearables app. Open the app>tap the Menu>tap the Settings icon>Contact us>Error report.

You can also have the watch evaluated at an authorized service location.
