Galaxy WatchHello, Welcome and thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is that the Quick Button is not opening the activities in Samsung Health as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ccz59F8ehIs
With restarting the watch not working for the button to open the app, a factory reset would be the only other troubleshooting option.
We recommend submitting an error report in the Wearables app. Open the app>tap the Menu>tap the Settings icon>Contact us>Error report.
You can also have the watch evaluated at an authorized service location.
