Watch beta program-Trouble getting the software update

Anyone having trouble getting a software update for it when you join beta program I know I have doesn't give me a prompt to download it for the life of me get the chance to do so seeing the banner nothing happens the past 4 days trying to any thoughts

For the Galaxy watch 4 classic I click on it it join send me immediately to the survey without even experiencing the software and what it has to offer in the future when it does come out it's my first time joining any beta from Samsung so I confused about the whole thing

So far this has been ridiculous. You would think they would have some of the BASIC features in order. On top of that good luck replying to any posts in the Beta forum. Nothing works!
