Watch update issues

I just updated my watch a few days ago now and ever since I haven't been getting notifications on it. All notifications I want are enabled and everything. Anyone else having this issue?

See im connected but nothing is popping up notification wise. And so far this is the only thing I've found

Try this, wipe cache partition on the watch!

Instructions below, start tapping the top button when the screen goes black!

I've tried this myself on the Galaxy Watch Ultra and it doesn't work either. It'll help for a couple hours, but it just goes back to not getting notifications.
