Rewards!

can someone please help? I had 10000 points and 200 tickets. From benefit rewards from installing apps, spinning wheels, you know, with the games, and I don't know what happened. Somehow it got deleted because it asked me a question that I want to leave samsung benefits.But I thought it meant just leave the page that I was on at that moment.I didn't mean to say I don't want my ten thousand points in two hundred tickets.So samsung deleted them, does anybody know if it's possible to get them back?Does anybody ever lost points accidentally?Like it's ten thousand points and two hundred tickets.Please help

I've noticed that they restarted from 0 at the beginning of the month. So no rollover gems and tickets.

Go to galaxy store and you should see the benefits. You may have to click the 3 dots in the top right to find it.

I did.I've been everywhere.Everything I click on says 00 points, zero rewards.And it won't even let me sign back in to start earning in in the galaxy app.It says, come back next month because I left the galaxy benefits, which is a lie.And I didn't leave them

You'll actually see the benefits button at the bottom when you go to galaxy store.😊

I'm trying to tell everybody in the post every button. I click on benefits, button rewards button. Even to enter the Samsung Galaxy app. If I try to get into one of the games or sign up for a new app or something, it tells me to come back next month because I left the Galaxy benefits. This month, all because of that earlier today, a pop-up came up and said, do you wanna leave Galaxy benefits? Well, I just thought it meant get off of the page that I was on. I didn't know it was gonna throw me out of the whole Dag. On thing for a month and make me start over and lose ten thousand points in two hundred coupons.That's a bunch of b s

This morning that said ten thousand points in two hundred coupons.Now it says zero.And if you see it on the other screenshot it tells me to come back next month.And resign up that's **bleep**

I'm just gonna accept the fact i'm basically **bleep**.Somebody said the points don't roll over that they started zero every month.Is that true ???

Once you leave system, like Samsung rewards, all your data goes with it and cant be recovered that's why they ask you to confirm. All your points and tickets get reset at the end of each month anyway.
