Hi I have a Samsung 55 inch frame tv, I’ve tried to connect my humax digital recorder via HDMI cable and when I do this I get an error message saying, this tv does not support digital please connect via composite cable that’s fine but the frame tv does not have a composite connection, so I bought a composite to hdmi connection still getting the error message!

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with this occurring, have you made sure all firmware is up to date? Also if this was purchased in the UK I would recommend reaching out to your country's support team using the link below.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi thanks for your reply so today l went into the shop who supplied my tv, and they had a Samsung specialist there who explained how to resolve my problem it was just a matter of unticking a box and it worked , cheers
