As we have read on various social media threads like Reddit, Facebook and even Samsung's own community forum, many users/owners of Samsung Q series sound bars (and maybe others as well) are experiencing various problems like audio dropouts, system freezes, reboots, etc, likely caused by faulty firmware or internal hardware issues. Samsung seems to take a half-hearted attempt to resolve the issue. Many owners report sending their units back for repair only to get them back with the same issue/s. Samsung has been made aware of these issues for months now and have been dragging their feet to resolve the issue. The only recourse left that might get them to act is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. With enough users willing to participate and sign on (it only takes two), I know lawyers who may be willing to take on this corporate giant to resolve this issue even it means reimbursement for the full cost of their system. Anyone in?
