Gas range model NX58F5700ws. The touch display does not illuminate. Oven functions cannot be read. Does it light up or not? I just moved in to this house, so I'm not sure if the function display stays lit all the time or not.

KitchenHello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying a power cycle on the range by either unplugging it from the wall or turning it off at the circuit breaker. If this doesn't help, service would be the only solution. Depending on the warranty, you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

KitchenMy range is about eight years old and display has been flickering for awhile. It works fine so I’ve just ignored it. But now parts of the time displayed are missing. I can also see more items flickering in the display. How can I get this fixed or replaced?
