Hello,
I purchased the 27.4 cu. ft. Side‑by‑Side Refrigerator (Model RS27T5200SR/AA) and received a card stating I would get a $25 reward after submitting a verified review.
I submitted my review under the username “Sken2025”, and it has already been posted and marked as an incentivized review. However, I never received the $25 reward link.
I contacted Samsung support, but they informed me they cannot assist with promotions or rewards. I also attempted to email the promotions addresses listed online, but those inboxes appear to be inactive.
Could a Samsung moderator please escalate this to the Promotions / Rewards team so the reward link can be issued? I can provide screenshots of the posted review and the promo card if needed.

Thank you.
Problem here is. So far I have 4 hours on a phone.
Multiple hours trying chat, mobile chat, AI assistant.
Samsung scheduling a technician to come to my place and check fridge??
Huge run around's and I am so mad, I am not letting it go now.
This is false advertising and I cant believe they do this for 25$

KitchenI don't understand, even if you pay cash, you can still get a receipt with your name on it. If you did not submit what was required while the offer was active, you do not get the offer. You said if you had waited a day, which means you made your purchase before the order was valid, so I don't see where you are entitled to two TVs.
