KitchenAlexa on our Samsung fridge has been working fine until today. She no longer responds. Speakers are fine. Microphone is also fine because if we say “Alexa set timer” although she doesn’t respond that a timer has been set, the timer will be set and actually go off. But other commands nothing. “Alexa play …” Nothing. “Alexa what is the weather or time” Nothing. Weird. Thoughts on troubleshooting?

KitchenHi there! I can certainly understand the concern with Alexa not responding properly. I recommend reaching out to our SmartThings team by calling 1-866-813-2404. They will have the tools and resources to troubleshoot this issue, and assist you in getting Alexa back to functioning.
