Dear Community,
I am reaching out because I have been frustrated with the lack of service for a recently purchased Samsung fridge which failed within a few months. I am hoping to hear from others who may have had similar experiences, and especially from anyone who has successfully gotten Samsung service to actually show up when needed. I am located in Virginia.
Starting to miss the good old days when customer service felt a bit more reliable.

You are 1 in the number of thousands of dissatisfied people, we spend money with Co.that produce products not worth a cent,will not be able to contact anyone. The rich gets richer,and poor ๐ข gets POORER!!!๐ฅ
