We have water that keeps piling up and then freezing under our flex drawer of model RF29BB860012AA. It happens over a period of days...not hours. The extensive manuals have no information on this and we are relying on videos on youtube to try to figure it out. We think the drain line might be frozen? The documentation on the fridges is horrible as nowhere does it even show where the drain lines are (although we finally figured that out.) The water lines definitely aren't the culprit. Anyone have this same experience? How did you fix it?

Hello, Members_UQEFeia, Welcome to the Community! We understand your frustration with water leaking in the fridge that keeps coming back after cleaning it up. We definitely want to help you get this resolved.
Since the water keeps coming back, please check that he refrigerator is properly leveled. The front feet should be all the way on the floor and the fridge should be left to right. If you've already confirmed this and the water is still pooling under the flex drawer, it sounds ike we need to move on to service.

KitchenYou don't get frost in the freezer, but that water ends up at the bottom of the freezer and collects. On mine (not a Samsung) it will eventually push the door up so it won't close tight and I have to chip some ice out to get it to close.

KitchenWell we actually have checked all of that. We removed the panel to look at the condensers and there's no ice built up anywhere. We're now suspecting possibly a problem with the water filter, or the water filter assembly. So we're going to run without it for a few days and see what happens. It's our last hope as the drain seems to be working properly when tested. Thank you for your thoughts and wish us luck in figuring this out!
