Bespoke microwave touch controls not responding

Hi there! I just purchased the bespoke microwave and the touch controls are difficult to respond to touch. I have to press really hard sometimes to get them to work. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity?

We are sorry to hear about your concern with the touch panel and would recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down the control panel, dry it and then test again.  To answer your question and be accurate, there is not a way to adjust the sensitivity and the touch buttons should not require excessive force to press.

If in fact, the buttons are ONLY working when using excessive force, this will require service. You can request service using this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or contact the retailer for exchange or refund options (if you're still within the allocated window).
