Fridge Alarm not working

I have a samsung fridge where the door open alarm no longer works. How can i fix this?

I have looked at the control panel and it is definitely on. It has all of a sudden stopped working

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend to first try to turn the alarm off and and back on again, if that does not work trying a completed power cycle on the fridge should help. If none of this helps then this maybe something that will require service. As it seems that your model is not a US model I would recommend using the link below to find the correct support team in your country as we are only able to support US models.
