Anybody know how to run drain only for dishwasher model DW80J3020US

It appears the dishwasher does not have a drain only option. You can review the troubleshooting article https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002862/ for the control panel and cycles available for your specific model.
