Oven not working correctly

I bought a new samsung free standing gas range in February.  I am now having problems with the bake function as it does not warm up to temperature consistently, and if it does warm up to temperature, it does not always maintain it so when you go back 1 1/2 hours later to get your cooked food out, the oven is not hot anymore, and the food is raw even though the electronic panel still says it's at 400 degrees.  To get the oven to heat up, I have had to turn on the broiler, let it run several minutes, then switch to bake to get the oven to warm up to set temperature, although even that does not always work.  I have requested service as it's still under warranty, and keep getting referred to Cone Appliance who have stood me up for repair appointments 3 times (3 days missed work) and lied about replacing parts and made up that it was a gas problem.  So Samsung is using fraudulent repair service who say they replaced parts and came to appointments when they never showed up.

The only repairman who actually showed up, on 8/26/26,  to look at my stove was only here for 10 minutes, not long enough to assess a gas issue, said he ordered parts and said someone would be back the following week to install them, then closed the ticket.  According to Cone Appliance, he documented that he actually installed the parts and noted that anything else was a gas pressure issue.  This was FRAUD. As I noted above he was only here for 10 minutes, never pulled out the stove, did not turn on the bake function to see it was not working, checked the stove top burners only and NEVER installed ANY parts. Do you have a work ticket signed by me? Secondly, a gas pressure issue would not explain why the display would continue to say the oven temperature was at 400 degrees when the oven was cold and the food remained uncooked.  As I had repeatedly conveyed, the broiler and gas stove top features work fine, with NO GAS PRESSURE issues which was also observed by the 10 minute repairman.

The 2nd repairman who documented he came to my home on 9/22/26 per Cone Appliance said he checked all parts, all were in working order, no more parts were needed and it was a gas pressure issue. After taking off work and waiting all day for his arrival, I was told he would be here between 7:30-8 p.m..  My husband and I waited ALL evening for him to arrive and he NEVER showed up! (2 witnesses now) How does a repairman who never showed up assess a gas pressure issue and all parts were in working order?   Whose house did he go to?  Do you have a picture of the house or a work ticket signed by me?  FRAUD again!

So, no I will not be spending my money and calling a propane dealer to check the gas pressure that is working fine, until I have an appropriate, competent assessment on the stove including the electronic systems that are not working correctly.

Please send a competent, honest repair service to appropriately assess why my new stove is not working properly and fix it.  Or, according to your customer service supervisor, after 2 attempts to fix a product unsuccessfully, the product will be determined deficient and a refund completed.  If you are going to believe the service provider contracted by you, Cone Appliance, over me, then there is documentation already in place that 2 attempts to fix my stove have already occurred and now per your policy a refund would be issued.

I await your response.

Thank you,

Janet R.
