Range F2 Error

I purchased a Samsung Bespoke induction range, model NSI6DG9100SRAA, from Lowe’s last year and the range is only about 14 months old, but the glass cooktop has cracked and the display now shows “Contact Customer Service – F2.” The appliance is completely unusable, and I have switched off its circuit breaker for safety.

This was a $1,099 range advertised as having an “anti-scratch” and more durable glass cooktop. I am extremely concerned that such a new and expensive appliance has already developed a serious fault that prevents my family from cooking. Any ideas as to how to fix this since it's apparently now out of warranty.

Thanks!
