Is it just me or has Samsung quality dropped? I'm a Samsung for life guy but something has to change before I do. My oven isn't even a month old and the grills on the stove top are flaking, Poorly done Samsung, maybe your vendor needs replaced.
Iโd definitely take some clear pics of the flaking and contact Samsung while itโs still under warranty. ๐๐ธ If you havenโt already, Iโd also ask the retailer/Samsung if they can replace the affected grates instead of trying to fix the coating yourself.
Since itโs less than a month old, Iโd get it documented ASAP so thereโs a record of the issue. Hopefully they make it right. ๐๐พ
