Is it just me or has Samsung quality dropped? I'm a Samsung for life guy but something has to change before I do. My oven isn't even a month old and the grills on the stove top are flaking, Poorly done Samsung, maybe your vendor needs replaced.
I’d definitely take some clear pics of the flaking and contact Samsung while it’s still under warranty. 👀📸 If you haven’t already, I’d also ask the retailer/Samsung if they can replace the affected grates instead of trying to fix the coating yourself.
Since it’s less than a month old, I’d get it documented ASAP so there’s a record of the issue. Hopefully they make it right. 🙏🏾
