Bright uniform round corner rectangular border

Faulty power board was replaced by Samsung technician, since then a bright uniform round corner rectangular border show up on the TV like the one shown in pictures. What could be the problem?

@tskumar It looks like it might be stuck in some type of diagnostic mode? Call Samsung repair center.

Samsung tech is not able to figure out the problem, they say that the screen is damaged which I don’t think so. Samsung tech simply suggested to replaced the screen.

I had to look out up as i never seen anything like it before. Likely causes In correct panel voltage — the new power board may be sending slightly off voltages to the LED driver, causing uniform edge glow.Faulty grounding or shielding — if the technician didn’t reseat the grounding screws or shielding tape, light can leak evenly around the edges.Backlight diffuser misalignment — during repair, the diffuser layers can shift, creating a visible border.Panel calibration mismatch — the replacement board might not match the panel’s factory calibration, leaving a faint glow pattern.
