Prior to their update last year on Samsung tvs. ( Where the Ring doorbell would no longer work unless you had the newest version and you had to have a Samsung tv 2022 or newer. I never had an issue with the camera notifications coming up on the tv. Since this horrible update, its been a nightmare. Bought the newer ring doorbell and bought the newer Samsung tv to have that access back again. And it wouldnt work at all. Camera notifications would not come up on tv. After exhaustive measures of troubleshooting months later they just started coming up on their own. Which I was grateful to have back again. But now it seems the tv volume is automatically muted each time the camera notifications come up. (Prior to the update, it did not mute your tv). Now it seems to be a default setting within the newer tvs doing this. It doesnt mute the tv when the camera comes up on the older tvs just the newer one and now the camera notifications come up twice for each event and muting the tv each time. Which is extremely annoying and makes it impossible to watch tv. And Samsung reps seem to have no answer for this.. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any help with this would be appreciated!
