Firmware problem version 1641

Cannot control tv volume with remote or on TV control. All other functions work. 

A TV reboot fixes the problem but only for a couple days.

No soundbar or any other peripheral connected. Using the Samsung remote that came with the TV.

Firmware version is 1641 which is current as of 9/28/2024

Hello @Members_92TIhey! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend first trying to reset your remote. You can do that by taking the batteries out and holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds. If this doesn't help a new remote sure do the trick. You can purchase one at samsungparts.com
