Never buy Samsung TVs; their software is complete garbage.
In an industry that now has access to AI, Samsung has still found a way to produce a complete bad experience for the user regarding their tv software upgrades. These "upgrades" consistently wipe user setup and config. It's the work of amateurs .
I could have a college student write better software than the slop teams of engineers at Samsung.
I'll never waste money on a Samsung product again.
If you are unhappy with the Tizen OS used on Samsung TVs, I would recommend purchasing a Google TV streaming stick/box (such as Onn from Walmart, a brand frequently recommended for this purpose) and using that as your primary TV interface.
