LED and OLED TVs
A few days ago I started getting this message in English that says this app is not available in your country, is outdated, or is no longer supported. Honestly, I find it quite annoying because it appears every time I move between menus, etc., etc. I've already tried returning the TV to its factory state. The message appears more when I'm connected to the account. If I close it, it stops appearing, but the TV doesn't let me do anything because it asks to be connected to a Samsung account. Help.

There are differences between the US and International firmware, which we do not have access to. LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Just want to confirm, after the reset was there any apps downloaded besides the ones that come preinstalled? Also, have you made sure the TV was up to date? And can I have your full model number to look into this further?

LED and OLED TVsMy cousint tried to install My family cinema, but she only Made the account, and didnt download anything. I think the tv is updated cause i run the updated option and says everything is actualizated.
