Has anyone else had luck getting an out-of-warranty repair for the HC3 error? This is my second time seeing this code in under 3 years. It seems to be a known defect with the AirDresser, yet Samsung is refusing to cover it. Very disappointed in the product's longevity.

I would like to look into this further so if you don't mind, could you send me or any of the other mods a private message with the airdresser's full model code and serial number or any service ticket numbers you may have?
